NEXT COURSE:
Energy Hygiene for Helping Professionals

Albert Einstein discovered long ago that everything is energy, which has important implications for every aspect of life – including our relationships. The conscious mind – our thoughts and emotions – is comprised of energy. Beyond the visible and verbal exchanges that take place in our professional interactions as helpers and healers, there are more subtle yet dynamic energetic exchanges occurring as well.

This virtual course will teach you about these invisible energy exchanges with the support of research studies, ancient wisdom traditions, and theoretical perspectives. Participants will receive practical techniques and exercises for establishing and maintaining good energy hygiene, an essential component of our wellness and vitality as a helping professional.

Who is this course for? Helping professionals, including anyone whose work is focused on supporting others in the process of emotional or physical healing.

Examples include: counselors, social workers, teachers, psychotherapists, physical therapists, massage therapists, nurses, doctors, case managers, and other technicians in the health and wellness field.
